No idea on options...that is a very complex issue...since you don't actually own shares in HWP when the A shares are distributed (unless you exercise the options before that date). Best to ask one of the HR folks at HP. BTW, regarding the previous post, I guess someone is rounding off the actual percentage since 1 share of A for each 2.5 HWP is equivalent to a ratio of 0.400 instead of 0.373.
