hmmmm today was capitulation they figured the old was not working takes a brain to figure out they needed a new business plan ... they used theirs this was what investors were awaiting ... news ... the word ... a new plan PVSW just went through the same thing (sorta) changed the plan it went as low a 9 a couple months ago and is now trading at about 17 VUSA will do the same .... when the pain is the greatest and panic sets in and you know you have the worst dog in the world then it's time to buy
