IINT is a steal at 11 1/2 as a B2B in my opinion. Look at the relative valuation levels compared to some of this company's partners:

finance.yahoo.com

Ariba selling at 176 lost 0.86 cents a share last year.
Autodesk selling at 35 earned 35 cents per share for a P/E of 91
Broadbase Software sells at 108 a share and lost 1.59 a share
Commerce One sells at 210 a share and lost 0.82 cents per share
Excaliber Technologies at almost $20 lost 19 cents per share
Harbinger selling at 31 earned 55 cents per share for a P/E of 55
Microsoft at 117 has a P/E of 78
Oracle at 110 earned 96 cents a share for a P/E of 110
PeopleSoft at 22 lost 58 cents per share

Indus International selling at only 11 1/2 earned $1.12 and has a P/E of less than 10

I admit some of those earnings came from the sale of their TenFold Investment but set that aside and you still will find this is a profitable and undervalued company. This company is the leading Enterprise Asset Management company in the world. They are even doing XML with Oracle! They work with HWP, IBM and SUNW too! This is an incredibly good looking investment to me at these levels.

Judged relative to its partners alone IINT has to be considered a steal.

Investors are advised to do their own due diligence. Anything that I may state, in any post, is merely an opinion based on prior experiences and future expectations. I may have a long position in this stock and as such I am biased by my own expectations. I invest to make money. As always, I am looking for a big return to
