I thought you were tired? Sure woke up fast. Anyway, too tired at this time to write (been celebrating tooooo much on my QCOM good fortune. :-) Why do you link a European survey. The bulk of AOL's users are US. In any case, what does it matter? I made no assertion about AOL user's lack of loyalty. Look at my post again. Face it, Wireless and DSL users if they choose AOL as their ISP are more than likely to already be users of AOL. This would imply that AOL users are loyal. That comprehension thing again, eh. I hope your clients don't find out. You wouldn't happen to know AOL's current churn rate, do you?
