Thank you for posting additional information on changes made to Rule 144. I didn't know that about the short sale covering, (but then again they speak of marginable securities, 'cause there is no provision for short selling securities not authorized by the Federal Reserve) You learn something new everyday, for that I thank you. Now answer this..... what makes you think your additional post would be contrary to my point, if anything you completely answered Sparky.
