logan or jay or anyone-- i'm sorry to ask such a basic question, but when a stock on the tokyo exchange reaches its up limit (or lower limit), does trading stop on that stock? or are the upward and lower limits merely boundaries to a trading range? so that it could bounce in between them if the latter, or stop trading almost at the opening if the former. as you can guess, i'm confused.
