LYN:

CHS: Has been on a down-trend since September 14. Today it closed down 1/16 (-2.70%) It seems with tax selling it may retest the low of Dec 14 around 2. I don't think it is going to test the March 1999 L of 1.625

However, you have to remember that CHS has been able to rally rather vigorously in the past. (Look at December 1997 when it went from a low of 0.875 to a H of 9 3/4!!!

The largest weekly volume this year was on the first week of April, when it had a volume of 3,437,00 and most of it was on the up-side with a H of 3.437 (Rallied from the March L's)

More recently the volume for the week ended 12/17/99 (494,000) was more to the up-side.

Most of today's volume (61.46%) or 23,600 of the total for the day of 38,400 was at 9.35AM and it was unchanged at 2.312

The last reported earnings for the Q ending Sep 30,1999,
(the 1st Quarter of the 2000 fiscal year) was up 26.8% vs. the previous year. ($0.16 vs $0.13)

The insiders still control 70% The institutions 6% which is 20% of the 8.10 million float. One caveat is that there was 232K shares sold by the institutions in the last reported Q.
