Trading limits in TSE

I'm not an expert by any means, but it appears to me that the limit is sometimes only transient. Several times the limit was reached, then later on the same day, the stock price fell, or the share counter would increase. So I think as long as people are willing to sell at the limit (if up), if buyers can be found, trading continues.

Not an authoritative answer, just my observations from watching the yahoo japan ticker.
