Who uses IB anyway? Few months ago I saw a chart with database vendors market share and if you added Oracle, SQL Server and Sybase ASE the total was in the high nineties. Is IB available for the unix/linux platform? All successful RDBMSs (minus SQL server which is really a Sybase implementation) run at least under unix as the server market is still dominated by unix.
