Appears to me to be a nice buying opportunity. The company is working on contracts that they hoped would get done by Dec. 31, but will now carry over into the 1st quarter. These contracts could be worth .03-.04 per share. In addition Oxandrin sales are expected to increase in '00 and company expects a record year.
