Zoltan, For the carrier space, this should benefit ITXC, IBAS, NT and LU (softswitch technology being used by level 3). In the enterprise, CSCO will dominate. COMS purchased a company in MA that CSCO had a partnership with but bypassed for better technology last year. The 3com acquisition has lost 70-80% of its employees.... Brian
