HEALD IS QUITE THE B2B COMPANY. CAN YOU TELL ME, DID THEY JUST DO A 1 FOR 5 REVERSE SPLIT ON 12/23/99 TO AVOID BEING DELISTED???? PLEASE LET ME KNOW, THANK YOU.
