I believe the approval is on Feb 12/2000 or earlier.

I was talking to another shareholder a few weeks ago and he was worried that the stock might rise until the first earnings are released. Then once the actual numbers are known some might decide the elevator has stopped and the shares fall. Another argument is that the unfortunates who will develop the blindness problem will continue to do so even after a market crash. Gruesome considerations.
