Yes, Carpe. . .LOL! That is true. . .
And as far as this thread being "hot" . . . it varies with the market. . . last winter we had dozens of winners many weeks. . . .only now, we have depth. . .safe sensible position trades, undervalued sleepers, rat dogs, turnaround IPOs, momentum plays, etc. etc. . . with excellent contributions by dozens of different contributors.
If we hadn't worked so hard to keep out the rif raf and keep down the chit chat, it would have been nearly impossible to sort the good picks from the bad . . . .as you see elsewhere on the net. But on the HOME thread, there is more DD presented and just fewer bad stock picks. . . heck, I have been playing the picks on the thread lately myself, with excellent results. . . . a whole lot easier, too. <G>
