We are still doing underwriting and public offers, but this is a slow process and it became clear that without a bigger staff, it wasnt going to get any faster. So we formed a subsidiary CVI Resources CVIR that produces gold and oil (for the moment) to generate the company revenues while we under write IPO's. Now days the IPO's are our big payday and Resources is our revenue motor. KAA
