No question, WM is a very solid buy at this level. I expect, however, the stock price will be choppy at best or continued depressed at worst until interest rate fears, generated by the FED, abate for the industry as a whole or there is some WM-specific news. Not to worry, though. WM will do just fine in the medium and long term.

I know WM mostly trumpets its role in the domestic mortgage market, but one thing that interests me is whether and to what extent it can lay claim to a Pacific Rim connection. Being a dominant force on the west coast, I would think it is well positioned to benefit from improving Far East trade. Do you happen to know if WM enjoys any lending position in that field?
