Tom, it reads as if those who are short, counting on delivering based on Rule 144 are in for some trouble, if this were a marginable security......remember it is ilegal to short these type of securities therefore those who are short this stock are doing it using firms in the "outer fringes", so I don't think that this rule will have any affect. This rule, however, will if anything strenghten their position/case against GIFS. April 29 will be a huge day! I don't think it's a concidence that GIFS has planned their big sale to close on April 28.
