Litigation Update for those interested: As taken from classadmin.com Was the final Settlement approved? A hearing was held on December 20, 1999 to approve the final settlement. Judge Ann Montgomery approved the distribution of funds. There is a 30 (thirty) day waiting period. The check distribution should take place around January 20, 2000. Is the case settled? Yes, this Litigation was settled for $1,650,000.00.
