HEALD is a NASDAQ listed company not a BB stock. The company did have one previous reverse split as well in all fairness however signs are pointing to the company turning around as they enter a completely new line of business that holds great potential for the company. Also, with a market cap of just $4 million the potential stock appreciation is huge.
