My shares, at this point, are free. (Only a fool would sit on a 300% gain and not take some profits.) I'm quite willing to stick around 'til the wheat is separated from the chaff (and the chaff tried and convicted). Funny how the truth always wins in the end. The absolute worst that could happen to me is to end up with a very nice (and free) write-off next year. Your prospects, should additional parties choose to sue, would appear somewhat less rosy. BTW, get any good lawyers yet?

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 21, 1999--Today, The Investor Relations Group, Inc., a corporation founded by Dian Griesel in August of 1992, and duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of New York filed a lawsuit in the Supreme Court, State of New York, County of New York against TheTruthseeker.com alleging that the December 15, 1999 issue of The Truthseeker Report contained various libelous statements against The Investor Relations Group, Inc. including but not limited to claiming that: (i) Robert Genovese was The Investor Relations Group, Inc.'s founder; (ii) its representation of Diversinet Corp. (NASDAQ Small Cap: DVNT - news) was based on vague meaningless statements; (iii) Robert Genovese was a principal of The Investor Relations Group, Inc.; (iv) Robert Genovese worked for The Investor Relations Group, Inc.; (v) The Investor Relations Group, Inc. answered its phone 'HRH'; and (vi) The Investor Relations Group, Inc. had a Canadian office.
None of such statements are true, according to all corporate records of The Investor Relations Group, Inc. TheTruthseeker.com has failed to return a telephone call placed specifically to request a retraction of such statements. The Investor Relations Group, Inc. intends to vigorously prosecute this lawsuit which is seeking two million dollars actual damages and two million dollars of punitive damages from TheTruthseeker.com.
