QuentR, I agree with your assessment. For a new computer user or someone who isn't sure how much he'll use the internet (or even as a backup to a pay service) having an ISP bundled, easy to use & ready to go would be a plus.

AV has improved since I first tested it a couple of months ago. These free services could eventually give the paid services a run for their money.
