Wayne & Lance : I called Synpan re: WELU The lady who answered directed me to Mr. Pappas' voicemail. I hope we can get some clarification. According to Bloomberg there are only 4.64M Shares outstanding. At $120M/4.64 = $25.86/sh Currently trading at around .50/sh (on disbelief, no doubt) quote.bloomberg.com Wonder if it includes some enormous amount of restricted shares? But then those are owned and there would be no need to include them in the 'buy back' Your thoughts ?
