GM, don't feel bad you can't understand stock values or C3D. The problem is you took the wrong kind of math in school. You probably took the old-fashioned kind, which might be used at the grocery store to pay your bills (or maybe to build commodity-type products like disk drives). But that's not the kind of math used on Wall Street. They really know how to add things up. CDDDE (which is apparently having some kind of problem filing their financial report with the SEC) is worth at least a billion dollars. Remember, the mantra on Wall Street is: a stock is worth what it's selling for. Regards, Larry
