ATMI develop advanced semiconductor thin film processes esp. diamond. Supply SiC and SIMOX wafers Upon further surfing I see that they use Sterling (Russian?) SiC wafers but they do do SiC and GaN epitaxy. See epitronics.com under wide band-gap semiconductors. ATMI is another "basket" company ala Thermo JF
