Yeah, IDC can't go back after MOT -- a lay jury ruled in favor of MOT a couple years ago. MOT big lawyers, uninformed-non-technical jury, and little IDC. BTW Q paid IDC a flat fee for using 2G technology -- IDC needed the money. But now I think IDC will play differently and all will have to pay as they go with 3G. Big $$ for IDC. BTW Ericy would be smart to settle out of court and work with IDC going forward. We'll see.
