The Guru just doesn't seem to "get it" with this one. The way the debenture financing is structured, a profit is guaranteed no matter what price the debenture sellers convert/sell at! They could get the same profit at a share price of $0.10 as they do now because they would be converting at $0.08 and selling at $0.10 which is still 25% profit!

Do you know where the information that they were 90 days late in their filing to the SEC came from? I question the accuracy of that.
