Jaime,

My post was intended to give Julia/J. an opportunity to step and avoid inherent suspicions and establish credibility through an informative posts. Her pattern of posts concern me, but more for lack of specifics than for anything she has said. Lawsuits and criminal records are issues, but their importance can only be determined through information (which has been too much cat and mouse from Julia). We can assume she is playing a game, or that she lacks experience in communicating via posts like this (a much tougher thing to do well). My post was a polite attempt to give her a chance to put up or lose essentially all of her credibility. Her choice.

As for her involve in perceived or actual blackmail of Genesis, I too noted this possibility in suggesting that she "cover her ethics" if she is involved. As an attorney, she should know her actions in attempting to manipulate a situation such as this is actionable, at by GIFS, and probably, by us, the shareholders. If someone has *evidence* she is directly or indirectly involved with the lawsuit or intimidation campaign (a pattern of activity is circumstantial at best), then I have several avenues I will take up with SI, AOL and a few other parties regarding her abuse of the first amendment. (BTW, I'm trying to take the high road here. Being lied to is not something I take lightly.)

Bottom Line: Julia/J. is between a rock and the hard place. Follow the rules of disclosure and participation that this community of shareholders is based on (with a few abusers), or lose credibility and be vilified for a long time to come.

And the adventure continues...
