The stock seems to have perked up a little on the news. -- mark) WASHINGTON -(Dow Jones)- General DataComm Industries Inc. gave notice to the Securities and Exchange Commission Thursday that it would not meet this past Tuesday's filing deadline for its annual report. Middlebury, Conn.-based General DataComm (GDC) designs, develops, markets communications systems. The company said it is in the process of amending a loan agreement with its principal lenders, adding that would significantly impact the discussions in the report.
