Getmore's principals, Ron L. Baker and Gary Keith Duke, have conveyed this ownership interest to BroadBand Wireless Communications Corp. (formerly BroadCom Communications Corp.) of Oklahoma City. BroadBand has further sold, transferred and conveyed its forty percent (40%) interest to Black Giant Oil Company for stock on December 28, 1999. Getmore currently owns and operates ten (10) retail stores in accordance with its agreements with Voice Stream as an authorized dealer, in cities in Oklahoma and Texas. At the time of the previous announcement, Getmore owned and operated three (3) retail stores in Oklahoma.
