Hi, I'm interested in CUC because I'm an SBYT shareholder, and CUC is rumored to be interested in aquiring SBYT. In light of the paralells between the SIER aquistion, and the aquisition that might occur with SBYT, I was wondering if any former shareholders of SIER could tell me how the buyout treated them. Was CUC's offer generous? Did SIER's price jump significantly when this was announced? Was it completed swiftly? Are you pleased with the outcome? Any input is very welcome. Chimi
