Global Election Systems Inc. announced that George B. Cobbe has resigned, effective immediately, from
the Board of Directors. Global Election would like to acknowledge the dedication of Mr. Cobbe during his
tenure and wishes him well in all of his future endeavors. Mr. Cobbe will be replaced by John W. Larmer II,
CDP, CPA.
Howard Van Pelt, President and CEO, said that it was with regret that the Board accepted Mr. Cobbe's resignation as he provided great insight
to Global during his years of service.
Mr. Larmer is President of Soza & Company, Ltd., a renowned International Finance and Management Information Technology consulting firm.

including the use of computers in management decisions related to tax liabilities and national and local election systems. Mr. Larmer has served
as President of the Washington Chapter of the Data Processing Management Association and as the Accounting Chairman for the International
Business Exposition and Conference. A noteworthy accomplishment of Mr. Larmer's management and leadership ability is the 8,000% revenue
growth of Soza & Company during the past nine years under his direction.
