Yes. . .short squeeze on LPTHA. . . .

Shorts are trying to keep a lid on the stock. . .been saying that the products are old. . .nothing is new. . .and company has no decent clients. . . .

Longs are saying, "we have heard that LightPath and LightChip have products being tested in major equipment, by major companies in optical networking. . . we just cannot prove it in writing.". . .

I have asked some investors to call the company to get responses as to whether any or all such companies like Lucent, Cisco, ATT or JDSU are clients of LightChip or LightPath. . . [perhaps someone here can call]. . .

Newsletter starts covering LPTHA today. . . perhaps based on what they discovered in such phone calls. Then again. . .you know what I think of newsletters. .. . 90% are pump and dump operations.

Most savvy tech investors follow the company. . suspect that there is far more to these new products than meets the eye. I took a lot of flack for projecting some of the recent reports into the future to predict what could happen. . . . on this board, that is my job. . .you guys sort out the details. . . . elsewhere, they just don't get it.

It is a good day for taking near-term profits. . . . this stock has been a royal pain lately. . . . anyone have a better optical play to take its place.
