Walt,
It is the common practice of VC firms/individuals to "bail out" as you say. They take the profits to invest in other startups. It is the nature of the business. It makes no sense to keep all their money tied up in a successful startup. The obtained their shares at very low cost. Now is the perfect time for them to recycle a little capital.
NETP has a terrific business model and I'm keeping my shares.
