t2,..Re:. I feel guilty for blaming Ron Insana for the selloff yesterday. He can't cause a selloff---only traders/investors can. Can't he instigate doubt and worry? <g> He just finished a long "ticker talk" in which he compared the Comp runup to the Nikkei in the eighties stating that there was a 93% correlation in chart patterns.<g> Although he did make a disclaimer that the comparison didn't necessarily mean the outcome would be the same! Then he went on to point out the trading range of the Comp above the 200 dma, 4 standard deviations! Woo! Then he finally discussed the '87 Dow! If he's not totally wrapped up in negative terminal analysis, then I guess pigs really can fly! LOL! Don't think you should feel guilty.<g> Maybe there are some nervous nellies out there who run for the exits when he starts his spiels? Only thing is, he's been negative for the last 2k points of the NAS. <g> Maybe longer. Cheers, Lee
