Strr is moving to $0.23/share. Spread is $0.04/share, today. Spread is a measure of risk by market makers. The smaller the spread, the safer is for market makers to sell stock then buy back; the market makers can then make up profits in volume. When market makers do not want to buy back, then they pull back the bid, sell off the inventory by moving the ask. Hopefully, they will equalize and give us a good run for the money.
