GIFS owns around 60% of the IMXS stock and they have said they are targeting owning 66%. Somehow 2/3 is a significant number. This all happened last fall and accounts for the price jump on the charts. GIFS also offered IMXS owners (last fall) to convert 6.25 IMXS shares for 1 restricted GIFS share (restricted for two years). That might change with the new SEC rules.

This is the cheapest I've ever seen IMXS, and if your DD says to get in, this is an excellent entry point.
