Revised -- Unannounced Clients?
I did some more digging in an attempt to pare down the list of potential new customers that I posted earlier. Here's a revised list, eliminating some customers that were in fact noted in prior PRs and SEC filings.
Columbia/HCA Healthcare (COL: 199,000 employees) The Gap (GPS: 111,000) J & H Marsh & McLennan (MMC: 54,300) Broken Hill Proprietary Co (BHP: 50,000) PPG Industries (PPG: 32,500) Reuters (RTRSY: 16,938) Occidental Petroleum Corp (OXY: 9,930) Bear Stearns & Co (BSC: 9,808) Amerada Hess Corp (AHC: 9,777) American Management Systems (AMSY: 8,100) Quantum Corporation (DSS, HDD: 6,300) Cambridge Technology Partners (CATP: 4,444) Battelle Memorial Institute J. Here's a list of documented customers (i.e., named in PRs or SEC filings) that do not appear on the CNQR Web site:
Hewlett-Packard Co (HWP: 124,600) Rhone-Poulenc Rorer (now Aventis, AVE: 65,180) Texas Instruments (TXN: 35,948) The New York Times (NYT: 13,200) Lehman Brothers (LEH: 8,873) Brite Voice Systems (now InterVoice-Brite, INTV: 722) OnePoint Communications Corp Freudenberg-NOK Fujitsu Levi Strauss Royal Insurance Zurich Commercial (now Zurich U.S.)
Finally, the 2Q1999 10Q said that CNQR had five customers for e-procurement. The 3Q1999 10Q said that CNQR had less than 40 customers for e-procurement and human resources, collectively. The 3Q1999 filing also said that CNQR had not yet done any "large-scale" e-procurement installations. |
