The Internet is still young and there are many potholes, detours, and dead ends on the Information Super Highway. So yes, connectivity is an issue and does cause problems for some clients. And I did not mention some thing we are looking to do, because they may still be a few months off. We are going to be adding a 'Super FAQ' section that can update on a continuous basis. We already have separate phone queues for Billing and Subscriptions.

I did not intend to suggest people look to adding/upgrading their hardware to solve connection or queuing problems. I only meant to answer the question fairly, and sometimes people can request more of their system than it can offer, in which case upgrading some component of the system may be in order.

Have a safe and Happy New Year!
