Here is an great article from the street.com that discusses the January 401k inflows along with the sidelines money due to Y2K.
I think you can forget about the tax selling next month as the sellers will get overwhelmed by the huge inflows and the shifts by individuals into nasdaq funds. Also mentions the tech conferences in early January by major brokerages setting up positive news.
IMHO, we are nearing the end of the buying opportunities in this stock.
