I believe the quoted sizes for the CPU (240mm2) and the graphics synthesizer (279mm2) are in .25um technology. Plus, the graphics chip is about 1/2 embedded DRAM. I would have to believe these chips will ultimately be built in .18um groundrules so it's not as bad as you may think. THE WATSONYOUTH
