Yes it would. I think MomentuMonkey is dead right on the dollar and the market. It goes contrary to what normally happens in January. Look at the dollar index chart. It showed a key reversal a little over a weak ago. Look at the next support. It's really scary. If the dollar collapses what happens next? Does the Fed intervene to raise interest rates. Do foreigners pull out of their equity positions?
