David Creasy, Esq., appearing for Mr. Gage on behalf of Pltf.
AS TO RALEIGH, HUNT & McGARRY'S MOTION TO WITHDRAW AS ATTORNEY/NOTICE OF
ATTORNEY LIEN/MOTION TO ADJUDICATE: Mr. Wuester stated he received no
opposition. Mr.Creasy stated he did not file an Opposition, expressed
concern that this not be used by the Defts. to delay the case, and requested
they obtain appropriate counsel promptly. There being no opposition, COURT
ORDERED, Motion to Withdraw as Attorney GRANTED. Mr. Creasy noted discovery
is currently pending and is due November 12, noted Mr. Magliarditi is also
corporate counsel, and requested the date remain. COURT ORDERED, all dates
to REMAIN EFFECTIVE. Mr. Creasy requested a deadline for Defts. to hire an
attorney. Court found he will not make a deadline; the Motion to Withdraw
is GRANTED and whatever dates or deadlines are effective to REMAIN the SAME.
AS TO ARBITRATOR'S MOTION TO ENTER JUDGMENT FOR ARBITRATOR'S FEES AND COSTS:
Mr. Creasy stated that someone from the office called and he is completely
unaware of this Motion, noting there was no arbitrator. COURT ORDERED,
Motion OFF CALENDAR.
