One room-temperature GHz .18u Athlon has now been reported by the redoutable Bunny; has anyone seen any other reports of overclocking attempts on .18ers? It would be nice to see a few more such results to suppress those nagging concerns over AMD letting the MHz lead slip away.

IMHO, it is essential for AMD to hold a MHz/speed advantage, which it does not based on currently "released" cpus. Does anyone here think they can succeed by merely staying even? How?
