Before you changed your site, I was able to get premium content with one click of the mouse. Now I have to go through your web site and all kinds of intermediate steps. How do I now, for instance, get a Premium Profile with one click? Also, how do I get the First Call estimates for the S&P 500? This used to be simple, but now, even after going through your tortuous routing, I get this error message: Data Unavailable For Symbol INDEX%3A%24SPX%2EX. If the answer to both questions is "You can't", then I'd like to know how to cancel premium content as soon as possible so I don't get billed for January.
