I own JDSU and QCOM so call me impartial. I had IOMG too. But Pat, from the looks of things, I see you pointing your finger at others saying look at those guys, they are overextended. Now, I can envision you doing this if say your (JDSU) market cap was 5 or 10 billion. But it's not. It is half of QCOM's. And QCOM has an opportunity to make JDSU's market cap far less than it is today with its HDR initiative. One or both of these stocks might be overextended. But as far as sleeping better at night? Ha. I say you should be sleeping about half as bad as you would be sleeping if you had QCOM. And from the looks of your thoughts on QCOM, half as bad isn't very good.

I don't see this "comfort" gap that you are basing your sleepful nights on.
