K, Knew you would take this to heart.....did not mean to be the bearer of bad news... Yes it does seem that he will recover.....as will Olivia. He is reported to be joking with the nurses and referring to the wounds as superficial stab wounds.....OUCH. My daughter cried when she heard about it. She is fearful for Paul and Ringo.
