Sure is a lack of news. New Zealand had no problems with Y2K in the New Year tho, and I know they use lots of computers.
If we get thru today OK here , then its a good beginning.
My major stocks, Dell,Q,jdsu,yhoo,plcm vrts all holding well
Some of these I buy just for the splits, which have now been completed on Aol,Sunw,vrts,HD,jdsu,qcom,vrsn so will have to look
for some new ones if money becomes available.

IMO All those Christmas gift computers seem to be slowing the
web , was running less than 100 bytes/sec here last evening which requires much patience or use of the CLOSE, shut-down, and go-away buttons(G).
