Webster, I have printed. I am glad kirby challenged us all to look at the FA, couldn't agree more. I have a Finance degree and love the details but in my case it was very hard for me to get my hands around Q because of all the recent divestitures, etc... It should become clearer and your model looks like a great start. We know we have a 30M charge coming when the deal closes (FEB) and also "possibly" 300-400M in cash coming from the KY deal.... Q1 CC will be the key (as always its all in the call) MileHigh
