What is Siemens thinking? Every startup in the industry is based on technology innovation gleaned from established players. Many execs, like Diner and Cao, leave big outfits like Siemens because their ideas don't get funded or never gain management support. If this suit chases Nortel away, I would think Qtera may have a nice counter claim against Siemens for malicious interference with their business. A backfire like that will cost Siemens more than the $3 billion Nortel plans to pay for Qtera.
