G'day all - HAPPY NEW YEAR [well, close enough <G>!] relax guys, I'd not worry too much about this suit, substantively and strategically. The deal will go through. At the risk of tipping off Siemen, even if it had any legitimate complaint, which I seriously doubt by the evidence presented thus far and by Siemen's position in the optical space, filing a case in Florida is only a bit better than Quebec <g>! My guess is that it is a fishing expedition. Who knows, Siemen may get some goodies like alliance deal if NT/Qtera decides the cost of doing business is to do some business. Just a guess, I am privy with any information from anyone. best, Bosco
